How long does shipping take for bicycles?
Most bikes are processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 5-7 business days via our specialized freight partners to ensure safe handling.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. Basic tools and instructions are included in every box.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes that have been ridden extensively.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we partner with local bike shops nationwide. During checkout, you can select 'Pro Assembly' to have your bike shipped to a local partner for professional setup and tuning.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All Cycle Peak frames come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components and parts are covered by a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty.
